The focus of the three-day program will be on core skill development focusing on:

 

• Attack Skills

• Contact Skills - Tackle, Defensive & Breakdown

• Running Technique

• Set Piece – Lineout and Scrum

• Position Specific Coaching – Counter attack, throwing, lifting, passing etc
